It's 2am, and a #7 just let up (finally) so I thought I'd read some posts before going back to sleep. This one caught my attention. My dad had "frequent migraines", as my mother described them. I've always wondered if they were CH's. He ended up commiting suicide in 1965 when I was 2 years old, so I'll never know. Of course, knowing what a devastating and unrelenting pain these are, I have my own theory of what happened.
I only hope that I don't pass this terrible monster of pain on to my son. Knowing that CH's do not tend to be hereditary helps. However, if he should be so unlucky, at least I'll be there for him unlike my father was for me.
