I've read [or heard - I've been digging for info so much I quite honestly can't remember which it is anymore] recently that some believe a past fall or injury to the back and/or head may be one major factor linking CHers together. Any truth to that theory???
How many CH sufferers out there have had a significant injury that they thought(at one time during the elimination process, anyway,) might have been the trigger for the start of CH's?
Just doing a little process of elimination myself...
