At our K-Mart stores in the states, they have a "flashing" blue light on the isles where they announce special items for sale. These are called Blue Light Specials. There are no doctor's at K-mart. The joke was that the doctors that are so stupid about Clusters are about as real as the Blue LIght Specials at K-mart (which is usually just some junk they're trying to get rid of and make you think you're getting a bargain.)
Sorry we didn't explain it better, but sometimes forget about our across-the-pond family members.
