Dear Irene,
I`m a chronic suffer of 25 year`s. I lived in the shadow world for almost as a year.Now for some odd reason I dont suffer at all. No CH. No shadow world. I know at anytime this can come back. For now I enjoy what I have.
Irene live life to it`s fullest. We never know what tomarrow might bring. I wish you all the peace in your head stay`s that way.
