I have been on both( they are the same). Each time i started to taper off the ha's come back with their same ferocity. The longest I was on it was for 1 month and the side effects were so bad I ended up in hospital. I gained 40 pounds (had a lovely moon face) and it caused extreme joint pain. I still suffer from the joint pain 2 months after i stopped taking it.
I myself would not take it again except in extremely low doses but unfortunately for me the low doses do not work.
