I too am taking Verapamil. I am now up to 450 mg a day taken at bedtime only and now my headaches are increasing. I am in the process of getting hold of my doctor to increase it.
The dosage varies as does everything else about these dumb headaches. There is one man on the board that takes 720 mg so it truly is an individual thing.
