i was episodic for 8yrs... started my current "cycle" in october and am still having clusters. i get anywhere from 3-16 in a day... usually between 6-10... mostly during the evenings, nights, and early morning. no medication works for me either, but i have not tried ritalin yet.
sorry can't offer you much... other than you are not alone... and we are strong when we share our experiences...
