As a first time sufferer, I am going on my 5th week in
an episode that I have limited confidence my docs know
anything about. They started me on prednisone, but dis-
continued it after a week when the headaches returned.
I suspect the reduced dossage allowed them to come back.
They now have me on Indomethican which has reduced the
intensity for the past few weeks, but they came back full
strength today....I need advice on ways I can educate my
doc, what Imitrex is?, what they should be looking at
instead of Indomethican ?...etc......
I would especially like to have something to fend off the
pain as an attack is in the onset stage..
