Peter-
Welcome to the family, though we're all sad you qualify. That's the CH.com paradox.
As you hang around, post and read, you'll get to know us. If I may be so forward, allow me to 'clue you in' on one of our little traditions.
NEVER, ever, ever apologize for posting questions, info, vents or support. Every once in a while, we all 'loose it', due to the life-affecting aspects of the demon. Should this happen to you,and you find that you've regretfully posted something that personally attacked another, please post a small apology to that, followed by a more lengthy version emailed directly to the offended party. That's the ONLY time you should ever feel the need to apologize.

Just in case you're a net newbie also, if the poster's name is in BLUE at the top of their post, then just clicking on it will open your mail agent and fill in their address for you.

Again, welcome aboard. Read, read, read! There's tons of useful info on the links in the green bar to your left and the posts and archives are chock full of info, suggestions, 'tried it-didn't work's', hugs, support, laughter, tears and compassion. Enjoy! (Oh, but watch out for the boss-all CH.com and no work can have an adverse affect on your career!!!)
Keep The Shiny Side Up,
T
