I once had my neuro tell me to buy a tube of capsaicin cream, put a big glob on a q-tip, and insert it up my nostril on my headache side as far as I could. I was just outside, in my hidden place behind some bushes, doing a #9 dance when I remembered this. I was tempted to go to the garden, pick a pod of cayenne pepper, bite off the tip, and shove it up my nose all the way to my eyeball! I Don't know if I can stand a burning nose and eye! Hell, I may just go for it next time.
