While I have never aborted a CH with exercise, I can certainly relate to exercise bring them on. My last bout (out of season) came after a 9 day, 700 km bike ride. (Thats bicycle, not motor bike as some of you lazy Americans incorrectly assumed - gee talking about sissy bars and riding two up gave that away)
