Yes, I get both. Separately and together. During my last cycle this past spring, I had a cluster that lasted several hours, no relief. Then, all of a sudden I got sick to my stomach and started throwing up......sign of a migraine.
I didn't know whether to pace or lay down. The severe pain of the ch, and the side effects of the migraine. Was not pretty. Ended up in the ER. Now that I am in remission, I have been getting more migraines than normal.
