I am delighted to read your words about precluster warnings, and your exceelent understanding of the (sometimes subtle) differences between the overall cluster
(which I believe is the predisposing illness flaring up)
and the individual pain attacks (which I believe are contained symtomatic events, sorta like the rash flareup in measles & chicken pox - it's what we see & focus on somehow, but it isn't the actual disease event
