I have used lithium my last two cycles. It works like a charm for me. I only take 600 mg. a day and it only took 1 day to "kick in". The blood level needs monitoring because of possible toxicity. But, in my opinion, it's worth it if it works for you. Side effects were minimal in my case, probably because of the low dosage?? If I were chronic, however, I would opt for a different drug.
