For me and my headaches,which I've had since 1978, the only thing that has ever given me relief from these damn things is Sansert, 2mg two times a day. I have tried literally about 100 different meds over the years, and it works for me. There are a number of things I do once the ch has hit, once again, what works for me best is ice/cold pack on the side of the neck where the headache is, and if I can stand it, on that side of the head as well. I hope that your wife is able to find something that works for her.
