This happens to me too. Have you hit refresh/reload/F5? your new post won't show up until you do or sign out and then back in again. Another thing you can try is to clear your cache of internet files. If you are using Explorer as your web browser, go into Tools, then Internet Options, then clear the history. This happened Monday and Tuesday to me, I couldn't get an updated version of the board until I cleared my history. Not that I visit the internet too much or anything, huh?
Patience, though, the problem will probably resolve itself on its own next time you log on.
