Hello folks ,
It's been a while since I visited this site since about a month now .
Not that I have forgotten it , but my C?H have subsided for now ( cross fingers ) ..I was tapering off Verap for w hile and getting involved in other more "normal " aspects of life .
I have completely stopped Verap for a few days now and I'll wait until it is completely out of my system in about 2 weeks .
I guess I shouldn;t sit and wait ofr it to come back . but yesterday I was at a major show in a big airconditioned hall where it was quite cold .
After several hours when I left the building I felt quite a lot of discomfort in both my cheekbones and eye . I assume it could be a sinus blockage since I have also symptoms of a cold with stuffy / runny nose .
I hope they stay away for a while .
I see a lot of new names on the list , good to know a lot of people are discovering this site day by day .
