Hi Dave,
Dr. Diamond is my hero. It was a National Headache Foundation news letter that led to my self diagnosis back in the 80's when the AH's I was going to were still saying "migraine, sinus, eyestrain blah blah blah.". I found a neuro that had heard of CH, knew about the NHF and accepted my self diagnosis. Way too cool. Been an O2 sucker ever since.
