I did some research on this for my mother and found a website (of COURSE I can't remember the address...sorry) but headaches is the most common side effect, as it is with many other herbs.
The easiest way to tell if this is the side effect it is causing for you is to stop taking it for awhile. If your headaches stop then you know it was the ginko.
