A doctor once told me that if I MUST have alcohol, vodka or gin are the least likely to trigger a headache. There is a vodka called Skyy Vodka, which they advertise as being triple distilled to reduce chances of a hangover headache. I just might give it a try for the good of the CH family!
I've also been told that anything aged, cheese for example, can be a trigger.
