Once I didn't escape work in time. I threw-up in the waste basket, and tripped down the stairs on my way out. The next day I brought in the O2 tank. I didn't want to have them see me like this but there seems to be a quiet acceptance of my condition. I also go a window office with a view of the ocean (the open window helps with the O2).
