I just recently went off of 1000mg of Depakote. It was making my hands shake and didn't seem to be doing anygood for the prevention of the headaches. I guess time will tell if I made a mistake or not. I personally take 540 Mg of Verapamil Sr a day. I just got on that dosage. It is the only thing keeping this beast away from me. Too little and he shows up. I have no idea about the timeline. That is the crazy thing about this disease .
