One doctor that I went to threw a bunch of different medications at me. I didn't know what was happening with the combinations he came up with. I don't think he knew what he was doing. A couple of times I got some bad reactions, so that was the end of him.
Zomig seems to reduce the numbers of headaches I get on the start and end of a cycle. Doesn't work at the worse times. It puts me to sleep (the only thing that does that). Once I did use an imitrex injec a couple of hours after I took a zomig. I didn't notice anything different. It was during one of those "I don't care if I die" times. Probably wasn't very smart.
I'm one of those people that has a high tolerance for medications. In ER one time I had the demerol and a couple of morphine shots and was still able to walk around. My wife said it was pretty funny. I was in for a kidney stone and had gone through a couple of IVs. The doctor said it was catheter time if I couldn't relieve myself. So I locked myself in the restroom for a half-hour until I could. They kept knocking on the door but I refused to open it. My wife said they had just sent for the maintenance guy to open the door when I came out. I'm a real chicken around doctors.

Good Luck with the meds
