I guess I've had headaches of some form all my life. Clusters didn't start til around age 16. Even now,I'll get 'Normal" headaches.....tension headaches,sinus pressure,etc. that are relieved with a couple ibuprofen or tylenol. My wife will look strange at me when I tell her I have a headache and she'll ask "cluster?" and I respond,"no a regular headache thank God".
Clusters a different beast all together as I need not explain to anyone here. Ironically,headaches run in my family but not my wife's. In fact,she claims to never in her life have had any kind of headache......doesn't know what one feels like.
