I desperately need help. My neck and shoulders are cramping so badly. Got the heat on them and the ocean relaxtation tape going, and took my Imitrex, but I am still going with a high number attack. I wish Capt Kirk could beam me someone with strong soft hands to rub my shoulders. Someone please invent this form of transportation . Ice pick still stuck on the temple. Want to sleep but hurting too much to relax yet.
