Mine are not job related however I do find it hard to work when my cycle is going on. I'm "lucky" in that I only get one at night after bed. Before I go to bed I get pretty doped up on pain meds, so the next day I'm dragging ass. I'm also lucky that I work for myself as a glass blower so I won't get fired, I just have no money for a month or so.
