I do not bang my head during a ch attack. I don't try to "hurt myself" anymore than I already am. I do use my voice and do a lot of screaming, yelling and crying. I have kicked and punched inanimate objects because I was so pissed off. Once kicked my dog (not hard) and have regretted that one. (I really am a dog lover....) Punch the pillows, punch the mattress, throw unbreakables, have even torn clothing. But, I guess I have always felt I was in enough pain......why add to it??
