I am chronic and have Clusters every night. I never get enough sleep. So when I am in a level 10 and nothing is helping, out of frustation I go to the head banging mode. I hurt on my left side so I hit my right side with my hand wanting to knock the pain out I think. I treat each Cluster by the level of pain. Level 10 is head banging for me.
