Don't know if this thought has been posted before....many years ago, I saw an elderly doctor overseas, who told me, that he felt clusters headaches were a form of internal epilepsy, and the pain was a seizure - it just didn't show, like for instance, and epiletic who has a seizure. Given all the latest interest in anticonvulsants, maybe he had something. Would like to say that anyone who has epilepsy, I am not undermining their disorder or pain, I just think this is very interesting theory...Judi.
