I've been a heavy smoker for some 16 years, have had CH for 11.
Disclaimer: I do NOT advocate that people take up smoking but.....
Smoking during an attack sometimes helps me. The funny thing is that I can tell during an attack whether smoking is going to help or not before I try. If it doesn't help, it makes it worse. Anyone share this experience?
Isn't tobacco a vasoconstrictor?
