Geneva,

I think I've got the same thing. It feels like a shadow that doesn't fully develop into an attack but just sits there all day and refuses to budge. In a way I find this even more debilitating than a full-blown attack, it usually leaves me depressed and drained. Sometimes I can sleep it off, at other times I find that vigurous exercise (something like digging up my garden) helps.

In my experience this is definitely part of the cluster cycle, although I sometimes get this outside of a cyccle as well, normally when I oversleep. I find it pays off to be rigorous about your sleep/wake cycle (in my case definitely no more than 6 hours).

Hope this is useful,

Pain free days,
Odilon
