I generally beat my self in the head too. Mine are always on my right side and I usually beat my forehead and pull my hair. I guess it just seems like it takes my mind off the horrible pain lower I am fighting. I know it doesn't, but, gotta try something. My cousin beats his head on the wall, I haven't done that yet, I prefer My hand it's softer. Praying for you all. Sherry
