My husband has just gone to his third hmo provided nuerolgist to recieve treatment for his chronic cluster headaches that he has suffered for the last 4 years. This doctor has informed him that he must stop eating anything that contains nitrates in it. Such as tomatoes, cheese citrus items such as oranges grapefruits grapes orangejuice, and coffee,aand banana., and coffee. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever been told this and if it has seemed to help?
