I'm so sorry your suffering. 02 might be the answer for you. I have used ice packs on my head and hot packs on my neck. Your right, pain
medication would not be apropriate 10 times
per night. DHE might help break your cycle.
It is non-narcotic and well tolerated. You
might try a head band to promote vaso-
constriction. Breathing very cold air also
helps.
I have had up to 8 attacks per day
but that was years ago. Most I have now
is 2.
