Welcome to ch.com. Sorry you are joining us but happy to have you. You said your first CH lasted 18 days. I do hope you meant the episode lasted 18 days. If it was continuous, I'de have to agree with DJ, you need a second opinion. Cluster headaches do not normally behave that way. But we are all so different. Good luck.
