I read it this way - in 30% of cases, intensity (severity of pain re: Kip Scale),duration of the cycle and number of attacks per day are reduced. In 20% of the cases, the duration of the cycle is extended rather than reduced. I'll have to think about adding a few more weeks to my typical 8-12 wk cycles in exchange for fewer attacks at a lower level of pain.
Certainly not a cure-all, but Riccardo didn't claim it to be. And gary, I'm with you all the way--this is additional input for the collective database. Like many others, I'm running out of drug options for the next go-round.
