Pretty good description - particulalry like your characterization of how the attacks get more intense during a cycle and then gradually taper off.
I also like your description of the restlessness. I have always found the restlessness to be almost unbearable.
The one thing that is different for me is the length of an individual attack. It the begining of my life with clusters they were usually well defined and lasted about an hour. They are now much longer and can last 3, 4, 5 or longer. I have had attacks that lasted as long as 10 or 12 but I believe that was really a double with no intermission.
