I don't know if one can call it a sleep disorder,
but I am often dead tired when I come home and start
to become more active the later it gets.
My sleep seems to be not such a sound one, since I am awake
from one moment to the other.
For example, when the phone rings at night (I have a close friend
with some problems) I am awake at once, picking up the phone after the
second time it rings most of the time and I am able
to do some real good conversation with my friend.
After that I turn around and fall asleep again.
But even with undisturbed nights I feel beaten up
in the morning. I am tired and feel unrested most of the time.
I never feel rested the next morning, has anyone
experienced this as well, or you all rested well after the alarm clock
starts the new morning?

Painfree times to all of you,

Lars
