I have had clusters for about 26 years, and developed a panic disorder some 12 years later -- maybe it was just severe enough at that time to bring it to my attention? I also developed graves disease a few years after that (hyperthyroidism). My father had clusters also, which stopped when he was 50. He has severe anxiety at times and occasional depression (not severe).
