hi peter im kellie f/27 , i have had c/h since i was 19...pretty much one cycle a year (except one)and lasting about 6-8 weeks. i just wanted to tell you what has happened in this cycle.ive had them for about 2 weeks, using imigran injection, they are a little less severe than normal. i have had a remission of 3 days! the last one was on sunday night but i felt really shadowey all day monday although no full blown headache, my eye felt like i had something in it all day. on tuesday morning i went to my doctor to discuss new treatments etc..i was on a real high as i was feeling really good-2 nights of sleep! he took one look at me and said 'i dont think your getting c/h' then he proceeded to put my back and neck in (which has been tried unsucessfully many times before) and like i say i havent had a headache since...im not saying the dr got rid of it (im kellie not anthony) its just that it is really out of character for this to happen and ive noticed so many others are experiencing changes in their cycle too.how have you been today? sun smiles and happiness kellie ps i have heard that light therapy is sometimes sucessful in stopping the cycle, i have been having a lot of sunbeds as my mum runs a sunbed clinic, have you heard of it working for anyone? you might try it , its painless and you get an awesome tan allover.lol
