Hi Patrick...I thought the nasal sprays were going to be great ...however the first one worked, and the subsequent 4 didn't even touch them. That was the 5mg. Am wondering what you use. I feel half it or more ends up in my throat. The shots give me relief in 8minutes, if I get it at the start of the CH....Glad they work for you. Judi
