I just use plain ole fridge magnets under my old headband (sweatband to those of you who exercise). Put them on pressure points (sometimes move them around when the points change). Don't really know if this helps, but it gives me something to do while I'm sucking O2 and waiting for the cafagot to work.

Try it, who knows, for you it might work. I've tried a lot more stupid things than this.
