Did you read my very detailed description above of both types of head aches? What other symptomes and reactions do you have to your headache? What kind of pain is it? Where is the pain? How long does an attack last--how many hours? How long does a cycle last? How does your body react? What do you do with noise and light when you get a headache? How do you feel after the headache is over? If you answer these questions, we, collectively, may be able to help you and your doctor. Just saying that you stand, though, does not automatically make it a cluster. Also, if your headaches lasted 12 hours at a time, that is also an indication of whether it is a cluster or not.
