Sansert has taken care of me for two different cycles over the years, and has failed me twice. I have had no side effects except a slight ache around my kidneys on occasion (the reason they want you to "rest" from it every six months is that it can harden something or other in there if you don't).
I do 2 mg twice a day, and when it works it's the greatest (second greatest -- I prefer lithium since I have no side effects at all and it only costs about $5 a month).
