Hi all. I've been so lucky to have 3 CH-free nights of sleep and only 2 level 6's in the last three days, I'm beginning to hope that I may be seeing the end of this cycle. Optomism can be a good thing. With my 25th wedding anniversary coming up Monday, it would be a real treat to be pain-free. And it might be nice to try the muffin "cure" without a headache! Like 25 years ago. ha ha wow, man.
