Sorry about your girlfriend. ALTHOUGH I AM NOT A DOCTOR, her headaches do not sound as tho' they are clusters. I would be especially concerned about the symptoms such as ringing of the ears, muscle spasms, her funny bone hurting, etc. These, along with some of the others you mentioned, are not typical of clusters. Have you or your girlfriend thought about a second opinion? What tests has she had done (CT scans, MRIs, etc.) Her sypmtoms do not sound migraine related, either. I know this is not much consolation. Because of her accident, I would want to rule out any other possibilities before saying it is clusters. It is good you are asking for help and assistance. I wish you and your girlfriend good luck.
