I don't think Dramamine will hurt you. I take it when I HAVE to sleep and it works real well. It gets you past the REM sleep so you don't wake up in a cluster. I can usually sleep at least 6 hours with it and that's great.
If you're worried about it mixing with other meds talk to your pharamist, but I really don't think it will be a problem.
