Wish you would have come with me to my neuro, I guess I wasn't pushy enough. I had success with Sansert almost 20 years ago, and I think it held the CH's at bay, worked pretty well for 3 or 4 years, but then became less effective. I hope that it can help you. I don't remeber leg cramps, but I did feel kind of wired and tingly the first day or two, but then you settle right down.
