We have some painkillers here at work called "pain aid" that are similar to the excedrin(if I remember the ingredients in excredrin migrane correctly) The ingredients are Acetaminophen asprin salicylic acid and caffine(all or one could be misspelled) They do not help clusters for me but they are the very best any other headache pills that I have ever taken. The combination of those drugs really do the trick.
I suspect the caffine plays a large part in helping your clusters. Just a thought.
