Dear Dennis,
I can only go by what I have gone through.
I suffered from cronic CH for 24 year`s. The last year for the exception of 2-3 time`s I lived in the shadow world. My shadow`s where like dull pain in the butt headache`s that never left me.
Ok ready for the real weird part? Here it goes several month`s ago I woke up. Guess what? I didnt have a shadow. I havent had a CH attack.
For now I live CH free and shadow free.
Jumped ahead of myself there. When I use to get CH an shadow`s there was a BIG difference.
Shadow`s as I said was a dull ache. CH came out of know where. All of a sudden I got that hot poker behind my left eye then I would get the full blown attack.
Back to the present it use to be smell`s (clorox,car paint, my hubby..lol ok maybe not him but I think your getting the picture. Beer O`Baby that was a big NO NO.) Now if I wanted to I can drink a case of beer sitting in a paint factory while I wash I all my white`s in clorox.
Go figure.
Anyway. I`ll pray for ya. I`ll make joke`s for ya. Sorry I dont have Gary`s wisdom. Wont tell you to go to hell. If you suffer from CH you have all ready been there done that. So I guess this put`s me in a clique. Hmmmm still have to thinking about that one. I still like " FAMILY."
